(Persephone Arbour)
Born in England in 1933, Veet Asmi lived a full life, had four husbands, raised four children (sometimes as a single mother) and had a full outside-the-home life as a musician, counselor and more. She came to Osho in the mid-70s.
After the Ranch, Veet Asmi was a founding member with other therapists of the International Academy of Meditation in Northern Italy at the Lago Maggiore (Villa Volpi). Later she became an "expert" on aging, even as she went into her own journey with Alzheimer's. She left her body in Dec 2019, shortly after the death of her long-time partner, biologist Jack Cohen. See the Osho News obit (link below) for links to videos and more.
